Hello my name is Monish Nule, I am graduated in Electronics and Telecommunications in Year 2023 and have honours in Data Science. Seeking for new Opportunities to Development Career.

In this Blog, I have covered the Discussion which I had with Coditas and also for More convince I am ruling out a Step-wise plan for myself and For you as well, I hope you find this Useful.

1st Round-

1st Round was of Group Discussion (GD). In this round HR Would give you topics either Group wise or Individual. Mainly there 5 things to keep in mind when going in Group Discussion.

1. Active Listening – You must listen to meeting Host while she tells you the topic and must Clarify if any confusion is there. Listen to other group members if allowed to.
2. Delivery and Articulation – In delivery you must Speak clearly and deliver the topic in more Consistent way, Articulation means how you use Articles and make most long- lasting Impression with that.
3. Thought Process – For this Part, you need to find the unique keywords related to your topic and use it well in Speech part. This Part can really make a difference when coming to making impression for most parts.
4. Content – Content of the Group disccusion depends on the time you have allocated for. and also what the topic is. for example if the topic given is current affair or rising topics among youngster then there is no doubt you will get alot of content by yourself. If the topic given has history of 200yrs then you might need to reconsider the keywords which you gonna use.
5. Confidence – Confidence is something you work on for months and months then you get the confidence but there is a short cut for this, use Most high Vocabulary and Precise meaningful words.

2nd Round –

2nd Round of Coditas was Technical Interview, here they will ask you following things.

1. About Yourself, Describe yourself.
2. About the Projects you did in past.
3. About the tech Stack you had you used for that.
4. Conceptual Questions about your Tech-stack.
5. Coding Question about the Language you comfortable working with.
6. Run the code.

I had Around 7 technical Question to which I answered all of them and last Conding Question to which I had missed it.
