In Sanskrit, “Monish” is Break down in Two Parts, “Muni” or “Mani” +” Ish” or “Ishwar”. “Mani” or “Muni” means Mind or Intellect and Ishwara means “Lord” or “God”. So if we combine this two, it will be Lord of Mind. ( This is Just Sanskrit Context, in other cultural may vary.)

Apart from This, My Mom thought this Name would give me More Prosperity as it turned out to be True.
